Refunds
Within 3 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from FloristSaigon.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Replaces
